Reflections on Thailand 2025
It always feels good to be back in Thailand. This was our 4th visit from mid-October 2024 until early February 2025. There are a lot of tourists everywhere. We managed to find some peace and quiet along the way.
We were here January 18-20, 2025 (king balcony room, $41/night with breakfast). It’s possible to to do a long day trip from Bangkok to see the ancient city ruins of Ayutthaya but we wanted to take our time. Two nights was fine. Baan Penny was in a great location and a good choice. Below the hotel pics are a few images of what we saw in the area.
