/Amman is a charming, gleaming city with a warm, soft sun. Our airport transfer to the Fairmont Hotel left an indelible memory of a not-too-big metropolis capital city in this storied Kingdom. The Fairmont is without a doubt one of the most grand, beautiful hotels we’ve stayed in anywhere. Can we move in!? The pictures speak for themselves. It’s about six years old, is exquisitely designed and a total pleasure. We were on a package tour but the rack rate for our room was $331 /night. Pricey, right? But worth it! Splurge!
